GetSolarQuotes.ie connects you with registered solar installers who will contact you to provide a quotation.

No express or implied contract is entered into by any user of this site with GetSolarQuotes.ie, any payment to GetSolarQuotes.ie via this website shall be deemed consideration for use of GetSolarQuotes.ie as a referral service and not part payment for the supply of a solar products or services or any other product or service. Privity of Contract exists only between the user and the chosen solar installer. GetSolarQuotes.ie does not endorse or guarantee the ratings of solar installers.

GetSolarQuotes.ie in no way makes any warranty concerning, or accepts any legal liability whatsoever arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, completeness or merit of any material or advice provided by solar installers. GetSolarQuotes.ie cannot accept any responsibility for the work or representations of solar installers whatsoever. Solar installers are independent of GetSolarQuotes.ie and are not agents or employees of GetSolarQuotes.ie.

You accept that as a condition of the use of this site that you are precluded from making any claim against GetSolarQuotes.ie for any loss, damage or expenses that may arise directly or indirectly from any activity of a solar installer introduced via this site.

You accept that GetSolarQuotes.ie is only facilitating an introduction between the solar installers and the persons seeking solar products or services. Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland is responsible for the registration of solar installers and ongoing management of same.

GetSolarQuotes.ie does not guarantee a specific number of quotes will be received once a request has been made. Independent solar installers choose whether or not to contact you with a quote for each individual request made.

If you submit a request for quotes on GetSolarQuotes.ie, you may be contacted by solar installers via email, phone and/or SMS in order for them to discuss your requirements and provide you with a quotation. If you prefer not to be contacted, do not use this website. By submiting a quote request you agree to be contacted by email, phone and/or SMS.

Solar Installers

It is your responsibility to keep up to date with these terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by these terms or you must cease to use this website immediately.

To register as a solar installer on this website, you must be a qualified and registered solar installer with the Irish governing body, currently the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, SEAI. By registering, you agree that you are a current registered solar installer with the SEAI and carry full and appropriate insurances. You also agree to inform GetSolarQuotes.ie immediately by email if there is any change to your registration or insurance status or if you cease to become a registered solar installer.

By using GetSolarQuotes.ie, you agree to contact your clients procured via GetSolarQuotes.ie within one business day.
